It's nice to see we have a "World Heritage Site" a few miles (or so!) from the editorial office!
Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal, near Llangollen is one of engineer Thomas Telford's most famous works. It's the longest and highest aqueduct in Britain, carrying water and canal boats 38m (126ft) above the River Dee.
It can be found between Trevor and Froncysyllte (on the A5) and is well worth a visit.
